The movement of the unemployed persons really appears in 1994 with the foundation of the association " Agir The movement of the unemployed persons really appears in 1994 with the foundation of the association " Agir ensemble contre le Chômage " (AC!). Started in Marseille on December 11th, 1997, they demanded an appreciation of social minimum of 1500 Francs, and for less than 25 years, no income lower than 4 OOO francs, the free transport for the unemployed persons and precarious, the interdiction of any cut of water, gas and electricity, job creations by the massive reduction of working time.
